Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the item in its original condition and packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the parcel.
Processing and Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
